These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NoHiddenPrompt (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NoHiddenPrompt. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, share, or attempt to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative manner.
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
• Impersonates real individuals in a deceptive or harmful way.
• Bypasses or attempts to bypass the safety policies of the underlying Google Gemini image models.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these rules.

3. Underlying model terms

NoHiddenPrompt is powered by Google's Gemini image generation models. Your use of the Service is also subject to Google's terms and policies for its image generation APIs. Google enforces its own content safety policies; NoHiddenPrompt does not control or override those policies.

4. Ownership of generated content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Google's terms, you own the images you generate using NoHiddenPrompt. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or outputs. However, we make no warranty that generated outputs are unique or free from third-party intellectual property claims — review them before commercial use.

5. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free generation, or specific output quality. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by third-party advertising. By using the Service you acknowledge that you may see ads, and that ad providers may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoHiddenPrompt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
